What ages do you teach?

Our children’s classes begin with Little Dragons ages 3 – 6. Kids’ Karate classes are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced and are from ages 7 – 13. We teach adults of all ages from 16-60+!

How are your instructors certified?

Each of our highly-qualified, passionate instructors has attained a rank of 3rd Degree black belt and has been teaching for a minimum of 7 years.

Do you have a karate team?

We have a demonstration team who competes in creativity competitions and are available to do demonstrations at events. As to a competition team, tournaments are open to all our students who would like to compete

What are the class sizes?

In an effort to keep class sizes down to a size where every student gets the attention they need, we make sure to always have enough instructor’s available to keep our student to instructor ratio low. However, we offer classes every day and evening to offer scheduling flexibility and to accommodate as many students as possible.

How can I become an instructor?

What are the basic differences between kickboxing and karate?

Kickboxing is really a fitness “aerobic” type of program. Karate gives the same physical benefits and so much more.

What kinds of fitness programs do you offer besides martial arts classes?

Currently we only offer our martial arts programs – we believe in focusing our energy and attention on that one program and we believe that that is the reason our quality of instruction etc is so high.
